The trajectory What is live, and what comes next.

What is available today is enough to manage contracts, projects and maintenance with your clients: committees, finances, the team, client access, mobile. What is planned extends the scope upstream and toward your other tools; each item carries its status.

Available today

What is available.

This is the only section of this page that speaks in the present tense, and that is deliberate: everything else is a dated intention. Modules, billed separately from the Business tier, are flagged as such.

Operational commitment management

Projects, work packages, tasks and milestones, planning, weather, risks, committees approved by the client, decision logs with two-sided approval, personal, project and client calendars, free client access. Operational commitment management is there from day one.

Linked projects and dependencies module

Several work packages per project, linked projects, including those run by your suppliers, and dependencies watched in the Planning. Multi-project steering.

Maintenance contracts and interventions

Maintenance contracts, fixed price or time and materials, with their volume in days, their catalog and their committee, are part of the core. The Interventions module adds scheduling against actual workload and acceptance signed by the client. Field intervention management.

Finances and the team

Ordered, produced, invoiced, paid. The gap between what is consumed and what was sold. Workload plan, leave, weekly reporting, a cross-checked double feedback loop between the manager and their team.

Web, mobile and administration

The web application, the mobile app, hosting in France, backups with a second provider, and the configuration of your organization.

Connectors are optional and built as needs arise, according to client requirements: a specific ERP, project ticketing tool or HRIS connects to pylotik when an organization needs it. Without a connector, pylotik coexists with these tools, and the value of the steering can already be demonstrated. Connectors open from the Business tier, see the pricing.

What follows

Milestone by milestone.

The dates are those of the development plan. They express an order of priority as much as a calendar.

  1. Pre-sales steering

Answering a tender is a race against the clock: the pre-sales team coordinates on it, decides go or no-go on criteria it has set, and management follows all pre-sales and their outcomes. Once the deal is won, what was promised to win it remains available to those who deliver it. Module, from the Business tier. What it should change.

  2. The Enterprise tier

The Enterprise tier opens commercially, with single sign-on through SAML, the service commitment and auditing.

    • SAML SSO
    • Service commitment
    • Audit log
  3. Beyond projects, business processes

Purchasing, HR requests, technical decisions, legal approvals, quality incidents: the same mechanics as projects, with steps, roles, decisions and a record that can be relied on. The tool you already master extends, rather than one more tool alongside.

    • Sage
    • Cegid
    • Workday
    • ServiceNow
The constants

What will not change along the way.

A trajectory is worth only what it promises not to move. Three commitments hold throughout.

Hosting stays in France, at the very least in Europe

No step of this trajectory moves your data out of France, and never out of Europe. French datacenter, host under French law, backups with a second French provider. The details.

No break in the data

What you enter today can still be read in 2028. History is not lost from one version to the next: it is the very substance of the product, not a side effect.

The price holds for the length of the commitment

The price you sign is firm for the 12 committed months, excluding VAT: no revision takes effect during the period. The price list may be revised at each renewal, notified three months before the end of the term. See the pricing.

What this page is, and what it is not An announced trajectory is not a contractual commitment. These milestones reflect our development priorities as of today; they will be reviewed with the first clients, and the order may change. What is contractual is in the contract, not on this page.

Your need decides the order.

The priorities of this trajectory are set together with the organizations that use it. If you need to connect a specific ERP, project ticketing tool or HRIS, say so: it is that need that triggers the connector.
